Most movies are downloadable in either 4 minute clips or as one full file of the scene, the exception is with ParodyPass.com where the movies are only streamable using Flash or your iPhone and/or iPad. If you choose the full scene you will simply click the link that says "Full Scene" and the download will start by asking you where you want to save it to your computer. With the individual clips after to choose which size you want, a window will pop up (make sure you have your pop-up blocker turned off) and at the clip will begin to stream, at the top of that window will be a "Click Here To Download This Video" link that once clicked will ask where you want to save this file onto your computer.

Also you will need the latest Windows Media Player or Flash player installed. If you meet these requirements then simply click the size of the video you want to watch and a pop up window player will appear (make sure you have your pop-up blocker turned off) and the movie will beging to stream. Open Internet Explorer, click on the "Tools" menu and go to "Internet Options". You will see a window pop up with 7 tabs on the top and click on the tab that says "Security". Be sure the icon that says "Internet" is selected and set the slider on the bottom to medium, then go to the "Privacy" tab on the top and adjust the slider to medium as well. Now click on "Ok" at the bottom of the window. Close all of your Internet Explorer windows including this one and then open a fresh browser.

You find the button on the player of the content (Low). The compression will not be as good but the speed will be a lot better. This should reduce the pausing when you are watching a video.

It is most likely due to the fact that you are missing the DivX codec on your PC. You can download it for free from DivX's official site here: http://www.divxmovies.com/codec/. Once downloaded and installed, restart your computer and you should be able to download the video without a problem.

There can be various reasons as to why your log in will not work. First make sure you have an active membership and that all fees are up to date. AOL email accounts block all of of emails. We have tried numerous times and AOL is blocking the adult sites. This is very common with AOL. They are know to block adult websites both with their email program and the AOL browser. We recommend that you DO NOT user an AOL email address when contacting us because many times you will not be able to correspond with us. Also we recommend that you DO NOT use an AOL browser as AOL blocks most adult websites and you will not be able to view the sites.
